Saturday May 3 and Tuesday May 5
Weekend Pub Crawl: Participants pre-order their tickets online and begin the crawl at 1 of 5 registration locations along Manhattans East Side. To kick off the event, each of the registration points will feature kegs, eggs, and green bagels for all who come before 11AM.
Making their way up and down First, Second, Third, and Lexington Avenues as well as Irving Place, crawlers will receive the following specials:
- $1 10oz. Bud/ Bud Light Drafts
- 2 for 1 Coronas
- $3 Sauza Tequila Shots
Participation Levels
General Listing:
Each General Listing Bar will receive:
- Logo listing with address on our Pub Crawl Map
- Logo on our flyers and other marketing materials distributed throughout NYC
Gold Listing:
Each Gold Listing Bar will receive:
- Featured listing on the map and marketing materials
- Individualized Venue Page on PubCrawls.com that will describe the venue and act as a micro site to draw traffic for the venue.
- Guaranteed free participation in both the Cinco De Mayo and Halloween Pub Crawls.
Platinum Listing:
Each Platinum Listing Bar will receive:
- Featured listing on the map and marketing materials.
- Individualized Venue Page on PubCrawls.com & NowNYC.com that will describe the venue and act as a micro site to draw traffic for the venue for the entire year which will include your contact information and links to your website.
- Guaranteed free participation in the two East Side pub crawls in 2009 and the Worlds Largest Pub Crawl for St. Patrick's Day weekend 2010.
- Comes with calendar of Special Events for your bar.
Special Listing:
Event duration 4 to 6 hours.
- This will be a headlining location so we will divert the people to this bar.
- We will sell all sorts of memorabilia at the location and will set up give aways so people know to go here to participate in contests.
- Saturday Night Event can be included at which we can guarantee full capacity of the venue for Saturday May 3.
How It Works
1. Pub Crawlers purchase tickets on SaintPattys.com, PubCrawls.com, or one of our other affiliate websites and print their tickets out at home. When purchasing tickets, customers will choose which registration point they would like to start at.
2. Upon arrival to the registration point on the day of the event, Pub Crawlers will receive a cup, wristband, and map of all bars that are participating in the Pub Crawl and they are off.
3. Either Saturday or Tuesday. These are the days scheduled for all of the bars participating on the East side of Manhattan. Saturday is generally much busier than Tuesday.
4. Each bar will feature the specials for a predetermined time period. The times are determined by your geographical location and how it fits into your schedule for the bar. We ask that bars participate for a minimum of two hours, but some bars opt to run the specials much longer, which opens your doors to more patrons.
5. Bars do not have to participate in Tuesday if they do not want to, but it is recommended.
6. Generally patrons fill the place during the special times and a few will tend to linger after the special ends. Also many will opt to purchase drinks not within the confines of the specials.
